Job Description:
Our client is searching for Key Accounts Customer Service Representative to work in their airport oaks site They are looking for superstars to join their dynamic team to play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and driving customer service excellence.

About the Role:

As a Key accounts Customer Service Representative you’ll be the primary point of contact for a set group of clients, overseeing their daily service needs while ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs), SOPs, and regulatory requirements are met. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to provide quotes, manage orders, and handle shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Customer/ Client Management

  • Provide quotes/estimates for projects in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Attend client meetings and address service queries or complaints promptly.
  • Manage and log client orders through to shipment, pro actively updating clients on status and exceptions.
  • Liaise with external 3PL providers on shipping matters.
  • Compile end-of-month charges for client billing.
  • Monitor and analyse daily financial functions to identify anomalies.
  • Use in-house tools to produce weekly/monthly KPI and ad hoc reports.
  • Assist the manager with financial reporting and job profitability improvement.


Warehouse & Logistics Support

  • Enter pre-inwards into the logistics system and follow up on inwards goods bookings.
  • Provide clear instructions to the warehouse team and maintain quality control measures.
  • Support the pick, pack, and dispatch process when required.


About You:

  • Must have proven NZ Based work experience 2+ years in 3PL Environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proficient with all Microsoft platforms - advance excel skills
  • Experience in presenting presentations using powerpoint
  • Use initiative and be a go getter and problem solver
  • Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
