We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager based in Auckland, overseeing key client relationships across the North Island.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio across Auckland and the North Island.
  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships, from procurement teams to plant operations.
  • Provide expert consultation and technical insights, working closely with internal specialists.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pricing structures, and high-impact sales strategies.
  • Analyze margins, track key performance metrics, and contribute to business forecasting.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain strong retention rates.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success in a strategic sales or account management role (5+ years preferred).
  • Leadership/management experience or a strong desire to move into leadership will be looked upon favorably.
  • Industry experience in packaging, labels, manufacturing, or a technical B2B sales environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, forecasting, and pricing expertise.
  • High-energy, results-driven mindset with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Strong numerical literacy and ability to manage cost analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience preparing tenders.
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude is a plus.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Engineering (preferred but not essential).
  • Full, clean NZ driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
