Aspire2 Education, part of Aspire2 Group Ltd, is seeking an experienced and passionate tutor to facilitate learning in digital literacy. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys making technology accessible and practical for learners from diverse backgrounds.
You'll be responsible for delivering an engaging, supportive learning experience, helping students develop essential skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with broader digital competencies. While the programmes are taught online, you will be based in our Auckland office at least three days a week to collaborate with colleagues and support learners effectively.
Your teaching will focus on interactive facilitation, regular student feedback, and fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment. We welcome applications from IT tutors as well as ESOL, Literacy, and Numeracy educators with experience supporting adult learners.
What You Bring:
- Teaching qualification and experience facilitating online learning
- Experience working with adult learners in a supportive capacity
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills
- Ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
