Our client is looking for Seasonal Chargehand in the Hawke's Bay area at King Street, Hastings.

Monday- Friday

Shifts Available:

AM: 06:00 - 14:00

PM: 14:00 - 22:00

BS: 22:00 - 06:00

About Role:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Train and develop production team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage inventory and materials to support production.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Implement cost-saving measures and reduce waste.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance.
• Assist in the development of production plans and schedules.
• Ensure proper use of production tools and equipment.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Collaborate with quality control to address defects and issues.
