In this key leadership role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team to drive outstanding results
- Identify and address productivity gaps to optimise team performance
- Recruit top-tier talent and develop new consultants
- Forecast sales to ensure performance goals are met
- Create a highly engaged team culture
- Ensure adherence to real estate compliance standards
- Have the ability to continue selling real estate
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- At least five years of real estate sales experience
- Exceptional people management skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Proven expertise in real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive results
- A coaching mindset focused on developing others
- The ability to lead by example and build trust and credibility quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent client relationship management abilities
- A resilient, solution-focused attitude and a strong drive to succeed
