About the Role
As our permanant Senior Cleaning Manager, in the wider Tauranga region you'll be the driving force behind maintaining our exceptional cleaning standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning teams. You'll oversee all aspects of cleaning operations, from scheduling and training to quality control and client communication and administraive and marketing tasks. This is a pivotal role, directly impacting the health and happiness of our clients and the success of our company.
This is a full time role of minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
The Role Will Involve
- Leading and motivating a team of cleaning professionals
- Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Conducting regular quality checks and providing feedback to team members
- Addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Training new team members and providing ongoing support
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
- Implementing and upholding our eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborating with the management team daily to ensure seamless service delivery
- Involvement with strategising marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Assisting with social media content creation, recording and creating.
- Management of the administrative functions of the company
- Ability to oversee and prioritise the workload of administrative assistants within the team
- Account management and stakeholder engagement
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to be performed as part of a team oriented culture such as answering phones, scanning and filing
- May include some accounts receivable/payable work

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven experience in a cleaning management role, ideally within a high-end or specialized service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning practices is highly desirable.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a range of administrative software, google, microsoft office.
- Experience with Meta suite and Google is a huge plus for us!
Essential Requirements:
Full valid drivers licence
Own car/transport
Ability to travel to differnent locations for jobs.
Physically fit an able to lift 25kgs.f
Flexibility to work shift hours on a rotating schedule 7 days a week.
Able to provide a clear police record.
Must be in Tauranga and ready to join our team.
