That's where you come in as our Planned Preventative Maintenance Handyperson.
In this part time role, you will be someone who is self-motivated, hands-on and multi-skilled.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Executing proactive maintenance measures to ensure uninterrupted hotel services and comfort for guests.
- Showcasing your skills in painting, plastering, gibb stopping, joinery, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Swiftly addressing maintenance concerns raised by guests, enhancing their satisfaction with timely resolutions.
- Excelling in the completion of work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Conducting daily rounds to spot and report issues, contributing to the continuous upkeep of the property.
It goes without saying that you have a good knowledge of tools and techniques, and you may have worked in a role where you've been responsible for overseeing property grounds and performing preventative maintenance in the past.

About You:

We will look after you in this secure part-time position offering a minimum of 35 hours per week within a friendly team. $25-30ph
