Copthorne Hotel Auckland City, part of the prestigious Millennium Hotels and Resorts group, is seeking a passionate and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic front-of-house team. About the role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar, while inspiring and guiding a high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of training, customer service excellence, and compliance, while contributing to revenue growth through up selling and service delivery that sets the benchmark.

This is a hands-on leadership position where your ability to remain calm under pressure, lead by example, and communicate effectively will set the tone for success.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with a natural ability to motivate a team
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar and room service
  • A current LCQ or Manager’s Certificate is a bonus!
