Tradestaff Christchurch is looking for a reliable and proactive Yard Hand to join the team. If you enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and have experience operating a forklift, this could be the perfect role for you. You will assist with various tasks related to managing and processing tyres, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with the movement of tyres and other yard-related tasks.
Performing basic maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Safely operating mobile plant and machinery.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Reporting incidents and following safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring:
A current Forklift certification.
Experience with operating a forklift.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures.
A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamworking skills.
