ASB is a large organisation with team members spread all across Aotearoa in both our Banking Branches and across our Corporate Offices and Regional Business Banking Centres. Our Service Desk Specialists support our team members with any assistance they might need when it comes to technology.

Mō te Tūranga | About the role

You'll be joining our IT Service Desk, resolving technical issues for ASB staff through phone and digital channels. Part of a friendly team delivering customer-focused support, you'll be enabling the success of an exciting technology transformation program and troubleshooting IT systems and processes in real-time.

Ō pūkenga | About you

You're hungry to learn, grow and advance your IT experience. You enjoy exercising your problem-solving skills, have a continuous improvement mindset and can explain complex technical information in a way that's easy to understand. You communicate clearly and enjoy building connections with your teammates and the people you support. You have a great work ethic, manage your time efficiently and follow up on your commitments.

Ideally, you have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
  • Desktop and Modern Managed Device troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with mobile devices - both Apple and Android.
  • Experience with Microsoft Authenticator and InTune would be highly advantageous.
  • You will also have great communication skills, a customer focused mindset and be a natural trouble shooter.
