Te Tūranga – About the role
Are you looking for a new opportunity that has the depth, breadth & scale?
The Business Partner role supports the GM of Strategy & New Ventures and the wider business in relation to strategic projects and the strategic development process. You will have a few years of relevant experience (e.g. Consultancy or Big 4) and will deliver fast paced and diverse assignments across the organisation.

You will be hands on in shaping our strategy and delivering projects that make strategies come to life, involved in board reporting, presentations & financial analysis you will have a finger in every pie, working with some amazing stakeholders across the business!

- Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills, with a natural ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and effectively present information
- Ability to work at a strategic “big picture” level whilst simultaneously maintaining attention to detail
- Be customer driven. Able to dream BIG and deliver such dreams to reality
- Proven track record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgement and decision making
- A flair for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- You will be curious, keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible. You’ll have the ability to work well with ambiguity in a changing environment
- Practical commercial understanding, and a flair for simplifying complex business problems
