Ko tō tūranga – your role
As Team Lead for the Managed Mobility Specialists in Wellington, you will oversee a customer-focused team, ensuring effective resource management and collaboration with Enterprise and Public Sector customers, Account Managers, and Account Teams.



Your role will involve building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing a team that looks after the operational environment for large mobile fleets, and ensuring service outcomes and obligations are met or exceeded. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of the Provisioning & Care capability to enhance the customer service experience.
