A new opportunity has arisen to join our Dunedin Toyota team, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, the Service Advisor role contibutes to our existing frontline After Sales Team in a dynamic work environment.

The Advisor role coordinates service or repair appointments for customers, from the welcome to the collection of the vehicle, including completing the invoice for work carried out. Successful Service Advisors provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the Toyota New Zealand Customer First programme.

The role requires commitment and enthusiasm and the successful candidate must have a can do attitude. You will also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and customer service experience. Strong administration and computer skills with excellent attention to detail are also a key part of the role.

Toyota has a strong commitment to continuous improvement, we provide extensive training and a support programme for the successful candidate.

We offer the successful candidate excellent working conditions and the opportunity to join Otago’s leading motor vehicle dealership.

  • A clean and current drivers licence is required.


While experience in the industry would be an advantage full training will be given - attitude is more important than experience!
