About the role

We are looking for hard-working and energetic team player to supervise the housekeeping attendants to ensure guests receive a high level of housekeeping. This role covers a range of tasks including servicing rooms, stock control, maintaining clear communication with team members and supporting the housekeeping manager to ensure guest expectation levels are met at all times. You will need to be self-motivated with a friendly manner and an outstanding work ethic. You will also need to be flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • supervisory experience preferred,
  • a “can do” attitude,
  • strong communication skills,
  • a passion for providing fantastic service,
  • outstanding attention to detail.
