Our client's ServiceNow environment is diverse with some areas being heavily customized. We are looking for a seasoned leader to lead the team and business in implementing great solutions and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small and growing team of tight-knit ServiceNow developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Develop, optimize, and implement sustainable, repeatable development patterns and best practices.
Work closely with architects to ensure smooth transitions from design to development.
Provide hands-on software development and technical leadership in ServiceNow.
Drive problem analysis and devise robust, scalable solutions.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment.
Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve platform efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (confident in customizations ad configurations)
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
Prior experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, TNI, and Order Management.
Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and best practices.
Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Experience working in Continuous Improvement, Agile and DevOps environments.
