Tradestaff is looking for a customer relationship expert to work with a range of stakeholders in the community, including local councils and agencies.
Our client delivers innovating, high value solutions to customers across the North Island within the Civil sphere. Moving down to Hawkes Bay, they are looking for a Public Liaison Officer to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Writing monthly reports, and contributing to monthly meetings as required by stakeholders
Contributing and adhering to stakeholder engagement plans
Providing information/ advice to affected residents through communication channels. Following up with any concerns raised from information provided.
Effectively and quickly resolve complaints on a register and provide relevant information to partes involved
Be a key contact for the arrangement of cultural induction, Karakia on sites
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, stakeholder liaison of similar environment
Full class 1 drivers license + your own vehicle
Ability to connect with all walks of life- members of the public, councils and agencies
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
A team player with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service to stakeholders
