What you'll be doing
- Cooking and prepping dishes that showcase the best seasonal produce.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient section during service
- Bringing a great attitude and team spirit to the kitchen.
- Staying on top of food safety and keeping things properly organised
What we're looking for
- Kitchen Experience—whether it’s on the grill, garnish, larder or woodfire
- Someone who turns up and is keen to get stuck in
- A cool head under pressure. Loretta gets busy, but we work together to get it done.
- Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
