Downer has been appointed as the asset manager and maintenance contractor, hard and soft services, for the CRL City Rail Link project for a period of up to 30 years under the Asset Management and Services (AMAS) contract with Auckland Transport. The contract delivery period commences at practical completion of the CRL project that is scheduled for 2025.
The Team Leader – Reviewable Services is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operational execution of cleaning, pest control, and anti-graffiti services across the three new CRL train stations: Maungawhau, Karanga-a-Hape, and Te Waihorotiu.
