As a Territory Sales Manager in our ’Away from Home" team in the Auckland region, you'll be the face of CCEP within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. Out on the road for most of each day, you'll be visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store.
Assessment Centre
On the evening of Thursday 27th March, if selected, we would like to invite you to attend an Assessment Centre at our Sales Offices in Mount Wellington. For those not familiar with an Assessment Centre, it is an interview setting where you will get to interact with multiple Sales Managers in a group setting. There is every possibility a roleplay maybe on the cards! There will also be an opportunity to mingle at the end while having a bite to eat. *Prior to being selected you may be required to undergo a quick 5 min video interview*
The Roles
Due to a number of internal promotions, we have a number of Territory Sales Manager roles available. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours. On top of this, you'll constantly identify new opportunities, with a focus on new business acquisition. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike.

Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience, and sales and customer service skills is a bonus, the right attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment will be the key to success. Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously, but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
