The role

Our client is looking for a superstar who will work in beverages and be responsible for preparing and operating machinery that packages and handles various milk products before delivering them to customers. Within the department there are four different areas that are pivotal in the day-to-day operations, so teamwork and communication are essential. This role is physically demanding involving lifting and standing on your feet for extended periods. The beverages Department plays a crucial role in preparing and packaging various milk products. They operate machinery, ensuring the highest quality standards before delivering products to their valued customers.



Shift Patttern

The shifts are between Monday to Sunday and are initially on a casual roster with the shifts being 6 AM - 6:30 PM, this can lead to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once competent as a machine operator.


Key Responsibilties

• Operate and maintain production
• Adhere to all health and safety compliances
• Maintain records to a high standard to ensure consistent documentation
• Identify and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a through understanding of quality and efficiency at change overs
