The Role and the Candidate

We are seeking a motivated person to create and build relationships with the next generation of Real Estate business owners and expand and grow our network. This role offers flexibility in terms of location, with the necessary resources available for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and Onboard New Members: Identify and engage potential new members to join the group from identification, contact, nurturing, closing and onboarding.
  • Business Development Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of B2B sales and business development, including prospecting, relationship building, contact management, database management, and onboarding.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will build trust and relationships, and effectively communicate concepts.
  • High Business Acumen and Integrity: Experience in running a business, familiarity with business plans, spreadsheets, and forecasting. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with business owners and salespeople.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Ability to achieve objectives within set timeframes and perform administrative duties efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: While a background in the real estate industry is preferred, it is not essential if you have a proven track record in B2B business development in another sector.
  • Travel: The role will require travel within New Zealand
