This is an exciting opportunity for a  Delivery Manager  to join our Customer, Product & Services team. The role will focus on collaboration with key stakeholders (Customer facing business units, Operations, Customer Product & Services, Risk and Technology) to understand the problem or opportunity to hand, and agree on the desired outcomes, determine solution options, and then facilitate decision making.

This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

What is the team culture and environment like?

The team is always supportive and friendly, we enjoy working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes. There is a broad skillset across existing team members which will also help with career growth in various avenues.

What are day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Developing and managing a delivery plan and tracking progress to milestone.
  • Stakeholder engagement to progress delivery - online, face to face, written and verbal.
  • Draft recommendation papers with succinct articulation to the appropriate audience: options papers, information pages and communications.
  • Process, system or data analysis to support decision making.
  • Risk assessment and management - risks, controls, obligations, mitigation, and documentation of these in our risk system.
  • Information gathering, analysis, filtering and be able to condense this down to key material points.


What is your management style?

I like to give my team plenty of autonomy but provide guidance up front and always make time for a discussion if needed. I'm available as an escalation and to provide support to remove roadblocks.

What will success look like for the candidate in this role? 

Building a broad network of strong relationships with key project stakeholders across the organisation.

What attributes will this person display to be successful in this role?

To be successful in this role the candidate needs superior communication skills - written and verbal. Be comfortable facilitating a meeting with a focus to drive outcomes in a respectful and professional way. Key requirements for this role are;

  • Highly organised and self-driven who enjoys operating in ambiguity.
  • Delivery, Product and change management experience.
  • Experience with process automation and system integration.
  • Hands-on-experience with project management and Agile processes.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills - written and verbal.
