Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced STIBO MDM Lead to join their team in Auckland.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on exciting projects, utilising your expertise in Master Data Management and Stibo Systems STEP MDM. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the organisation's MDM strategy, leading a team of data management professionals, and ensuring the quality of deliverables remain in line with agreed standards within scope and budget.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Master Data Management
• At least two full cycle implementations of Stibo Systems STEP MDM as Senior Developer
• Strong technical expertise in various areas including Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflows, Business Rules, Web UI, Match & Merge, Inbound & Outbound Integration, Security, Data Migration and Asset Management

What you'll do:

As a STIBO MDM Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's data management strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the MDM strategy that aligns with the organisation's business objectives and data governance policies. You will lead a team of dedicated data management professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve MDM objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a Data Migration Strategy, developing one-time Data Migration and inbound/outbound interfaces. Your participation in design meetings and workshops will be invaluable. You will also configure Business Rules, Match/Merge, UI Workflows and Security while ensuring that the quality of deliverables remains within agreed standards.

• Developing and implementing the MDM strategy, aligning it with the organization’s business objectives and data governance policies.
• Leading and mentoring a team of data management professionals.
• Creating Data Migration Strategy, developing One-time Data Migration and inbound / outbound Interfaces.
• Participating in design meetings and workshops.
• Configuring Business Rules, Match/Merge, UI Workflows and Security.
• Ensuring quality of deliverables remain in line with agreed standards within scope and budget.
• Creating User guide in relation with the functionality developed.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the STIBO MDM Lead role, you bring a wealth of experience in Master Data Management, with at least two full cycle implementations of Stibo Systems STEP MDM under your belt. Your strong technical expertise spans across various areas including Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflows, Business Rules, Web UI, Match & Merge, Inbound & Outbound Integration, Security, Data Migration and Asset Management. You have a deep understanding of various STEP implementation techniques and best practices. Your strong MDM expertise in the Retail domain sets you apart from others. You are well-versed with integration patterns and MDM implementation Styles. Your experience with Agile methodology (scrum) is highly valued. Your excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills enable you to effectively coordinate with SMEs & stakeholders and manage timelines.
