Safety 'n Action Ltd are looking for a new Operations Coordinator. You're the glue that holds everything together. You'll ensure our training centres are running at top-notch standards, our trainers have everything they need, and that all the behind-the-scenes magic happens without a hitch. From coordinating resources, managing maintenance, and keeping track of training equipment to ensuring uniforms are sorted and paperwork is in check - you'll be the go-to person for making things happen!
You'll work with trainers, customer service teams, suppliers, contractors, and more, helping to ensure our training delivery is seamless. Whether it's organising site inductions, handling fleet requirements, or solving those unexpected challenges (like lost keys!), you'll bring your problem-solving A-game every day.
Who You Are:
- A master of organisation with 2+ years in a high-demand admin role
- A customer service pro with 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment
- A multitasker who thrives under pressure and can juggle priorities like a pro
- A strong communicator who can work with people at all levels of the business
- A tech-savvy person with solid MS Office skills (bonus if you've worked with CRMs!)
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a keen eye for detail
