Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Customer Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing Customer facing reports that highlight their One NZ usage and spend.

Your will contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring consistent for our Enterprise customer with clear, accurate, and insightful reporting.

This role involves collaboration with various customer facing teams and requires excellent communication and analytical skills.

Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

Production of agreed reports to a monthly schedule, on time and accurately
Collaboration with wider customer facing teams
Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools
Answer questions and queries as needed from key stakeholders

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

Proficiency in Excel, including some modelling experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desire to learn and adapt to new tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
Strong communication and collaboration skills
This would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate with strong excel and analytical skills looking for work experience
