Are you a natural organizer with a caring touch?
A friendly, independent woman in Mt Roskill is looking for a reliable and compassionate part-time manager to help her coordinate her disability support team. This role is a mix of managing her small team and providing hands-on support, all to help her live independently and thrive.

In this role, you’ll:
• Oversee the team, handle rosters, and coordinate logistics around her home.
• Regularly support with personal care tasks, meal prep, and light cleaning.
• Ensure she’s always part of household decisions, while keeping things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, respectful, and compassionate individuals
• Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative
• Some experience managing people is a plus, but a responsible, people-focused approach is what matters most.

This role is approximately 10 hours per week, 6–8 pm on weeknights. But we’re happy to chat about alternatives with the right person. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a meaningful part-time role that allows you to make a real difference.
