As a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, you'll take charge of sourcing top-tier talent and driving business development. We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about making an impact.

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively grow new and existing business, ensuring KPIs are met.
