Te Tūranga – About the role   
As the Change Manager – WMS Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the change processes for the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Pavilion Drive Distribution Center. You’ll guide the teams through this transition, ensure smooth adoption, manage resistance, and help deliver the intended business value with minimal disruption. This is a full-time Fixed Term role ending August 2026, working onsite 3-days a week.
What you’re responsible for:
· Develop and execute the Change Management strategy, ensuring alignment with the WMS implementation.
· Conduct impact assessments and create tailored strategies for affected teams.
· Define and manage communication plans to ensure clear messaging across stakeholders.
· Engage with senior leadership and key teams to drive change adoption and smooth transitions.
· Act as the liaison between the project team and end-users, ensuring effective communication.
· Collaborate with training teams to deliver effective WMS training and support process updates.
· Track KPIs to measure change readiness, adoption success, and system performance.
· Mitigate resistance to change and provide post-go-live support during the stabilization phase.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate change management success.

He kōrero mōu - About you
· Proven experience in Change Management for large-scale system implementations in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
· Strong understanding of WMS systems and distribution center operations.
· Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
