  • Regional Branch and Events Administrator – Central North Island
  • Part-Time (25 hours per week) – Fixed term until 30th November | Wellington

Madison Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Master Builders to recruit a dynamic Regional Branch and Events Administrator for their Central North Island region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of industry-leading events and membership services.

About the Role

As the Regional Branch and Events Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of membership services and events within the Central North Island region. Reporting to the Regional Branch and Events Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Membership Services: Communicating with members, membership applications administration, maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Administration: Assisting in the planning and execution of regional competitions and events, including logistics coordination and stakeholder liaison.
  • Marketing & Communications: Producing newsletters, supporting local marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand integrity across all communications.
  • General Administration: Providing support to the local branch executives, handling administrative duties, and ensuring effective branch operations.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or event coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to attend occasional events outside of standard working hours
  • Availability to start immediately
