Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Desk Operator
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Desk Operator to join our head office in West Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination of facility management service requests from both internal and external clients. You will be flexible and adaptable across all contracts, handling inbound inquiries via phone and email, dispatching work orders, and monitoring their progress to completion.
This role requires proficiency with multiple software systems, and the ability to manage a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable to switching between various systems to meet client needs.
This is a full-time office based, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, requiring the flexibility to work during the hours of 6am to 6pm in 8 hours shifts.
Skills Required
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Excel
