About the Role

In this role, you will assess and enhance investigation tooling, ensuring it meets both short-term and long-term needs. You will evaluate Software for its viability and develop a strategic roadmap for our client’s investigation management. Collaborating with the Project Manager, you will provide insights into investigation and evidence tooling, ensuring alignment with future business objectives. Key stakeholders include project leadership and investigative teams. Your expertise in investigation management tools will be critical in shaping our client’s long-term strategy and ensuring efficient evidence handling.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct a review of current investigation tooling to assess short-term effectiveness.
  • Analyse and evaluate Software for long-term suitability.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for investigation management approach.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to align project objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure investigation and evidence tooling supports business needs and future strategy.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process and technology improvements.
  • Provide insights and documentation to support decision-making.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience with Intella Software or similar investigation management tools.
  • Strong experience in investigation and evidence management tooling.
  • Proven ability to assess and implement technology solutions for investigation processes.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience working on technology assessments and process improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
