Glassons is currently on the hunt for a Fit Model to join our Auckland Head Office team. This is a part-time/casual role (approximately 20-35 hours per week, flexible) that offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the creation of our collections. No prior modelling experience is required—just a keen eye for fit and a passion for fashion!

Job Description: As a Fit Model, you will play a key role in the design process by providing valuable feedback on the fit, movement, and feel of our garments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Garment Technicians & Buyers to ensure garments fit perfectly
• Giving objective feedback on fit, feel, and material to help refine designs
• Assisting with admin support for the Buying & Production teams

Requirements:

• Women's size 10
• Height: 170-175 cm (without shoes)
• Bust (at fullest point): 89 cm - ideally B/C cup
• Waist (at narrowest point): 71 cm
• Hip (at fullest point): 99 cm
• Clear communicator with an eye for detail
• No prior modelling experience necessary
