We’re looking for a Data Engineer to design and implement a secure, high-performance SQL Server database for a critical data submission platform. You’ll work on database architecture, data validation, reporting, and performance optimisation to ensure seamless data processing and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a new SQL Server database for provider-submitted data.
• Develop efficient schemas, indexing strategies, and validation rules for performance and accuracy.
• Implement SSRS/SSIS reports and structured Excel exports for funders.
• Optimise database queries for scalability and high-volume data processing.
• Ensure security best practices, including encryption and access control.
• Support data imports, exports, and API integration with the system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and database optimisation.
• Expertise in stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of data validation, security, and access controls.
• Experience collaborating with Developers, BAs, and Architects.
