Job Description
Position Overview
Massey University's Printery and Design Studio team seeks a versatile, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team on the beautiful Manawatū Campus. This role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently.
As a Print Support Specialist, you'll assist with pre-press work, administrative processes, and client interactions across various locations. No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for a dynamic multitasker. Duties include reception services for the Printery and support in the Finishing and Bindery area. Full on-the-job training is provided.
Salary range: $48,596 - $71,027 (based on experience and skills).
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in-person and remotely.
- Coordinate with Printery teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain secure and efficient administrative processes.
- Process job tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and payments.
- Provide reception services and back-up support as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude with an interest in design and print.
- Experience in pre-press (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge) is an advantage.
