The Role

It is imperative you are a motivated, reliable and punctual employee, who enjoys working within teams. With a strong work ethic, you'll thrive in fast-paced environments.

This role is based at our Highbrook branch, and will involve excellent verbal and written communication, and a strong desire to help internal customers. You will excel in improving communications between fleet and depot team members, especially focused on the night shift to day operations handover.

You will also assist in the tidiness, health and safety and maintenance of the depot, while resolving problems and ensuring efficient correct delivery of all freight.

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with rostered Saturdays.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Great communication and time management skillset
  • Be a lateral thinker

  • Strong focus on Health and Safety
  • Process focused and able to review current systems and implement improvements to better service our customers whilst reducing costs
  • Able to meet time critical targets
