About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
You will:
- Lead and support a passionate team of educators
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the community
- Ensure compliance and uphold high standards in early childhood education
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Create an innovative and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
We seek a confident, inspiring leader with:
- A Bachelor of Education/Diploma in Teaching Level 7 (ECE) with current Teacher Certification
- Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, child-led learning, and ECE regulations
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive teaching practices
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to enhance learning and simplify processes
- A passion for mentoring and growing others
