He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role:
As a Business Support in our Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will manage compliance, financial reporting, vendor processes, and team coordination to support high performance across our infrastructure projects. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure our team can focus on delivering great work.

We are looking for someone with:
- Administration experience – ideally 2–4 years in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure or a large organization
- Financial and compliance expertise – experience with invoicing, purchase orders, reporting systems (SAP, Maximo), and third-party cost recovery
- Excellent coordination skills – ability to manage vendor relationships, PPE orders, facilities, and operational logistics
- Health and safety awareness – understanding of compliance requirements, workplace monitoring, and risk management
- Great communication and teamwork – ability to liaise with managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- A proactive and adaptable mindset – ready to take on new challenges and improve processes
*A current NZ Driver’s Licence and NCEA Level 2 (or equivalent) are preferred*
