About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
As a vital part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with families and dedicated support workers. Together, we'll provide unwavering support to individuals with very high needs within the comfort of their own homes. Your impact will be profound, making a difference where it matters most.
A sample of some of the responsibilities include:
- Phone-Based Enquiries Management: Skilfully handle all phone-based enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Service Coordination: Facilitate seamless coordination between our dedicated support workers and valued clients.
- Client Support Rostering: Strategically roster cover to guarantee that clients receive the essential support they need.
What You Will Bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga
- Minimum of 6 Months Tenure as a Service Facilitator/Care Coordinator or Equivalent: Demonstrate your valuable experience in this critical role.
- Exceptional Communication: Showcase your adeptness in clear and impactful communication.
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Cultivate meaningful connections with colleagues and clients alike.
