Are you ready to join brand new team in a brand-new branch of a market-leading truck dealership? Our client’s 14th branch nationally is set to open, and we’re looking for a Parts Advisor to help them deliver exceptional service to their valued customers.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is at the heart of operations, ensuring outstanding relationships with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and at the counter.
  • Pick parts for customers and the Workshop team.
  • Pack and arrange delivery of parts as needed.
  • Accurately handle documentation, including invoicing and payments.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop to ensure parts availability and compliance with packaging, service exchange, and warranty procedures.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, resolving discrepancies when they arise.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Handle loading, unloading, and proper binning of parts.
  • Check goods against orders and documents for accuracy upon receipt.


About You
As our clients new Parts Advisor, you’ll ideally bring previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or retail role within the automotive industry.

  • Availability for a fixed shift (8am-5pm) and occasional Saturday work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • An Automotive Parts and Accessories qualification is a plus but not essential
