The Role Will Involve
- Supporting the daily operational needs of the team, including administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Managing and coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. ποΈ
- Assisting with candidate management, including database maintenance and communication.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures. π‘
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key operational metrics. π
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. π€
- Supporting the recruitment team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven experience in an operational support or administrative role, ideally within a recruitment or similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for the Real Estate, Property, Development, or Construction industries is a plus!
