Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic VMO (Value Management Office) Lead to drive portfolio and value stream governance across the Change Investment Portfolio. This pivotal role supports decision-making at the Executive level by providing transparency on the work and value, being delivered within the Portfolio, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Governance: Support the Director and Leadership to ensure effective governance across the Change investment portfolio
- Value Stream Governance: Partner with General Managers to ensure effective governance across value streams, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Portfolio & Financial Reporting: Collaborate with Technology PMO and Finance to maintain accurate, timely, and insightful reporting at the value stream and portfolio levels
- Insight Generation: Deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, improve value delivery, and optimize investment prioritization.
- Evolving Value Management Reporting: Transition current reporting practices to a value management approach, focusing on outcomes, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
- Lean portfolio Management: Familiarity with lean portfolio management practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- Proven experience in Lean portfolio management, PMO leadership, or value management roles.
- Strong understanding of the lean portfolio management, value management practices and principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a senior management level.
- Change leadership capabilities to evolve and enhance existing reporting processes.
