About you:

• Recently completed or soon to complete a Master's or PhD degree in Engineering
• Enjoy improvement projects and have an engineering and inquisitive mind
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office software
• Good communication with a get it done attitude

It is an advantage to have:

• An understanding of manufacturing processes and how performance is measured.
• CAD experience (SoildWorks, SoildEdge or similar).
• Power BI experience and an understanding of SQL data bases and coding.

What you will do:

• Support production with engineering solutions
• Support the Operations and Quality Manager
• Help with our Microsoft BI implementation across critical business functions at Oasis.

- Build BI visuals, such as reports and analytic dashboards.
- Develop I4.0 technologies, data streams and KPI's to drive improvement.
- Train and document BI processes.
- Reverse engineer current ERP reports into LIVE BI dashboards.
- Work with external contractors to implement advanced BI functions.
