As our Technology Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our Technology Operations team, ensuring robust Technology support, infrastructure, and business systems across multiple locations, including Stewart Island, Bluff, Manapouri, Queenstown, Milford Sound, and more.

What will you be doing?

Managing Technology operations and ensuring seamless support for RealNZ's business systems and infrastructure.
Leading a team of Technology professionals, including Technology Support Engineers, Technology Senior Engineers, and System Engineers.
Overseeing service desk processes, vendor management, and user satisfaction to deliver best-in-class Technology solutions.
Ensuring cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Providing strategic direction and defining Technology operational standards in alignment with the RealNZ Technology Strategy.
Managing Technology asset procurement, renewals, and vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.
Driving user training and engagement, ensuring staff are well-supported in utilizing Technology tools effectively.

What do we need from you for this role?

Proven experience in Technology Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in Technology infrastructure, business systems, and cybersecurity.
Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
Knowledge of change management, Technology procurement, and service desk operations.
Experience working with Technology vendors and managing Technology OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
A collaborative and solution-focused approach, ensuring Technology supports RealNZ's strategic vision.
