The Role:
- Answer customer queries via calls and email with warmth, empathy and certainly no shaming
- Manage wholesale accounts with care and precision
- Handle live chat enqiries and follow-ups with keen attention to detail
- Use your computer literacy and organisational skills to keep things running smoothly
