Key responsibilities
- Generating and converting new business leads through prospecting, networking, and providing exceptional customer service
- Showcasing properties to potential buyers and negotiating the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and industry regulations
- Collaborating with the wider Bayleys team to share best practices and support the growth of the business
- Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients throughout the sales process
- Adhering to Bayleys' high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
What we're looking for

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
