Key responsibilities

• Showcasing properties to potential buyers and negotiating the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and industry regulations
• Collaborating with the wider Bayleys team to share best practices and support the growth of the business
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients throughout the sales process
• Adhering to Bayleys' high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

What we're looking for

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
