About the role
As the SAP Merchandise Functional Consultant, you’ll lead solution design and delivery across Pricing, Promotions, and Master Data. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, project partners, and a passionate internal team to create and optimise SAP Retail solutions that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with key business leaders to deliver scalable, retail focused SAP solutions.
• Lead solution design in SAP Retail across pricing, promotions, and master data.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, test cases, deployment plans, and training.
• Ensure solution stability and continuous improvement across multiple phases of rollout.
• Support change across the business with confidence and clarity.
• Own end to end processes and maintain a sharp eye on system reliability and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of SAP experience, ideally in a Retail environment.
• Expertise in SAP Pricing, Promotions, and Master Data (bonus points for S/4HANA).
• Solid understanding of retail operations and system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands on experience in SAP implementation and vendor collaboration.
• Familiar with delivery methodologies: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban — or a mix.
