We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Assurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will focus on vulnerability management and secure configuration management, playing a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our cyber security posture. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and coach colleagues, supporting the Service Owner in achieving the team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage vulnerability management and secure configuration management processes.
Provide assurance on the effectiveness of cyber security controls to stakeholders.
Develop and implement quantifiable measures to track cyber control compliance and performance.
Act as a subject matter expert within the business, offering guidance and support on cyber security matters.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Support the Service Owner in delivering a world-class information security environment.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Proven experience in vulnerability management and secure configuration management.
Strong understanding of cyber security controls and assurance processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
