About the role
As an Activities Operator, you will help ensure the day-to-day operations of our Gondola, Luge, and MTB team run smoothly for our customers. This role covers a range of tasks including chairlift operation, photo and ticket sales, mountain bike loading, trail maintenance, along with customer instruction and safety and is a permanent position, operating all year round. You will need to be motivated and customer focused with a friendly manner and can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills,
• a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the tourism industry,
• PHEC trained or First Aid Certified and comfortable dealing with health & safety incidents,
• 2+ years chairlift experience,
• 2+ years customer service experience,
• enjoy working with a fun, diverse team,
• excellent customer service skills.

This Role Offers:

• $29 - $32 per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
