Join Our Dynamic Team as an Experienced Gardner.

Our client is a leading provider of commercial gardening services across all industry sectors including education, health, manufacturing, and transport, in Australia and New Zealand.

• Location: Close to the Shopping Mall at Te Rapa Hamilton.
• Hours: Potential 30hr to 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday work.
• 7:00am start to 3:00pm finish

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of our gardens and outdoor spaces.
Perform routine gardening tasks, including mowing, air blowing, trimming, weeding,
cleaning and lawn care.

Ensure the health and vitality of plants through proper care and maintenance.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement garden designs and layouts.
Manage garden tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
What we are Looking For:

• At least 6 months' proven experience in gardening or horticulture is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment, mostly the lawnmower.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
