Job Description
Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dependable individual who can deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer lifecycle, while also proactively identifying and pursuing sales leads to drive business growth.
Location - Albany, Auckland
Work Days: Monday to Friday - (40 hours per week)
Hourly Rate - $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound communications, with great customer service
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Provide product information and resolve any issues
Achieve individual and team KPIs by working collaboratively
Communicate and escalate sales leads appropriately
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting areas for enhancement
Skills & Experience:
Excellent customer service experience or similar background
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, CRM and ERP Software
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive planning and task management
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Successful Applicants must:

Have great customer service and sales skills
Pass a pre-employment drug test

Have reliable transport
